Shawn Scott is a native Houstonian, wife of 18 years, mother, and grandmother. She is a Christian Constitutional Conservative who loves and stands for American's traditional values of Faith, Family, and Freedom. She has been a resident of Fort Bend County for 18 years and has a great passion for her community and country.
Shawn brings to the Fort Bend County GOP a background in accounting, office administration, and organization; in 2019, she co-founded Urban Conservatives of America (UCA), a non-profit, faith based, grassroots organization that is comprised of relatable Conservatives from urban areas who have a heart for the urban community and America and who aspire to liberate the minds that have been deluded, marred, and bound by liberal ideologies, with the ultimate goal of establishing an informed Conservative voting base in Urban America.

Having been involved in politics for over 30 years, Yvonne Ramsey has served as President of Fort Bend Republican Women twice, has been on the board of the Texas Federation of Republican Women, as well as serving as a District Director and also worked as one of the Co-Chairs for TFRW of Victory 2012 with Judge Ed Emmett.
Yvonne has been recognized by TFRW's Tribute to Women, was recognized with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Fort Bend County Republican Party in 2021 and was honored by Fort Bend Republican Women with their "A Woman's Heart" Award in 2022.
She has been married to her husband Robert for 25 years and they have 4 children.

James has been involved in various capacities with the Fort Bend County Republican Party since moving to Fort Bend County almost 25 years ago.

James has been active in many Republican clubs including serving as Vice President and President of the Southwest Houston Pachyderm Club and being the founding president of the Fort Bend Young Republicans Club in 2002.

Evelyn Montalvo has lived in Fort Bend County since 1990 with her husband of 40 years. She has two married sons and three grandchildren. She retired from the Michael DeBakey Medical center in 2009 after a 34 year career as a registered nurse. Upon retirement she became engaged politically in activities dealing primarily with election integrity. In 2010 she became co-county leader of True the Vote in Fort Bend County. She was a board member of Spirit of Freedom Republican Women and Program director for the Fort Bend Republican Patriot club. She is involved with the Republican Women's Club of Katy recruiting and training poll workers and watchers. She has been a precinct chair since 2013 and actively involved in many committees during that time.

Bach Williams is an immigrant from South Vietnam. She has experienced the horror of socialism/communism after the fall of Saigon in 1975. She married her only husband in 1980, and they raised two conservative children. She received her Master in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisiana in 1984 and worked for the Dow Chemical Company till 1996 when she joined Fluor Engineering and Construction Company as a process engineer. She retired from Fluor in 2020.
In 2020 she began to be involved with local politics. She started by volunteering for Gary Gates, James Pressler, Troy Nehls, Trever Nehls, Johnny Teague, Wendell Champion campaigns, just being a poll greeter at the Cinco Ranch Library polling place, and block walker.
She was involved with setting up voter registration at the Hong Kong Shopping mall to register first time asian voters in 2020. In October 2020, she organized the FBCGOP poll watchers.
She then became chair of precinct 3038. She worked with Robert Beham as precinct 3 captains to help precinct 3 chairs.
She is now precinct chair of 1038, and Vacancy Committee chair for FBCGOP.

Justin Schiro is a third generation Fort Bend County resident. Justin grew up in Sugar Land, TX. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School in Fort Bend ISD (Sugar Land), he went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in Political Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio. After graduation from UTSA, Justin Schiro taught two years at Garcia Middle School where he was once a middle school student. Justin then enlisted in the United States Army during the Global War on Terror. He served in the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, New York. After a deployment to Afghanistan and an honorable completion of his contract he returned to teaching in Fort Bend County. Justin Schiro then earned a Masters in Education from the University of Houston – Victoria (UH Katy). When Mr. Schiro is not grading papers, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Leah and baby girl, Sienna.

She is the Past President of the Republican Women’s Club of Katy and is passionate about encouraging other citizens to get involved in their own self-governance, as stipulated in our Constitution.

After completing undergraduate and graduate studies in Geophysics at Texas A&M University, she enjoyed a successful career as a geophysicist in the Oil & Gas industry before “retiring” to homeschool for several years.
Today, Rebecca is active in her community speaking truth to power at her local Commissioner’s Court, school boards and advocating for students,
parents and citizens alike.
She has recently joined CCDF-USA as the Executive Director for Ft. Bend County and is focused on holding local government accountable by following the principles in our nation’s founding documents, and by exercising the power of We the People.
Rebecca was also recently elected as Precinct Chair for 1057.
She has served as Outreach Chair of Republican Women’s Club of Katy, facilitated women’s Bible studies at her church, enjoys ranching cattle, shooting her bow and spending time outdoors with her family.
