In 2009, David Maulsby set out on a deeply personal mission to bring hope and healing to veterans suffering from the unseen wounds of war. Walking the streets of Houston, he connected with homeless veterans one by one, guided by his unwavering faith and love for God. As an ordained minister, David’s compassionate leadership and spiritual strength became a beacon of hope for veterans and their families, offering them the support they so desperately needed. His love for this country and those who have sacrificed in its defense has been the heart and soul of the PTSD Foundation of America, helping to transform the lives of countless veterans.

Today, David is the Executive Director of Support and Giving, continuing his lifelong dedication to veterans and their families. His leadership is instrumental in raising both awareness and the necessary funds to expand the foundation’s outreach and ministry. Through his efforts, the foundation’s impact continues to grow, ensuring that more veterans can access the life-saving support they need and that the missions to leave no veteran behind remains stronger than ever.
